My friends describe me as an inspiring leader with an analytical, visionary & critical personality.
But the real question is, how would I describe myself? Hmmm…
First, my heart is French, but I lived in the United States for so many years, and I would say my head and mind would be very American. Most people that meet me would immediately think I am American. Thinking back to the beginning, I can say that my childhood as a small-town country girl living in the mountains of the Haut-Jura gave me the grounding I needed to stay focused. I started to ski at three years old, and I always enjoyed being outdoors to reflect on my thoughts. In my teenage years, I quickly realized that long-term studies were not for me. My heart was with people; I always loved giving advice, and that is when the skincare industry opens its door to me. It felt perfect… 30 years in the skincare industry!!! Wow, this has certainly taught me to listen to people, assess the issues at hand, and find the best solutions. I genuinely love that; it makes me happy when the solution is found.
I have applied my listening skills and solution-driven approach everywhere around the world.
No matter where I was, in the French Alps, Paris, Chicago, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Montreal, and many more places worldwide, guiding my audience toward a solution has fulfilled me.
Although skincare is a passion of mine, and I absolutely love giving authentic recommendations, sharing knowledge became more important to me; that is when the industry’s education section allowed me to inspire people.
For the last 15 years,
I have coached hundreds of young and mature professionals to define their paths. Inspiring confidence is my mento, and it is impossible to teach without inspiring the individual first. Every day I wake up and ask myself how I can inspire people or anyone around me for that matter.
As an authentic and bold speaker, the values that I have learned with my world experience are the pillar of who I am and what I have to offer.
I will never say something just to be nice… My guiding philosophy is: ”if you do not have nice things to say, just do not say anything at all.”
Authenticity is one of my values interlaced with so many more that I will share in the future.
